If you want to improve your photography, read books, Particularly Shakespeare! Go for long walks, travel the world, seduce somebody. Take time to really look at things, not from a photographers perspective, from a human perspective. Tell people to calm down. Drop acid, take magic mushrooms, anything you can get hold of. Take risks, stare at everything, talk to beautiful girls, say hello to everyone you pass in the street, keep fit, talk nonsense about things you know fuck all about. Make people laugh. Tell people you’re not interested. Punch somebody, see what happens, Insist on strangers showing you their privates, drive your car in to a wall, throw things, walk across America, Africa, Australia. Take care of animals, seduce every girl you meet, sleep rough, accept the fact you’re a pervert, talk to old people, read more books, befriend a cat, stop caring about other people’s opinions, most people are cunts anyway! drink yourself to oblivion, steal from friends, get mixed up with the police, don’t crave respect, don’t be afraid to look foolish, you’ll only look foolish in a fools eyes. Throw your camera out of the window, in fact, throw yourself out of the window and enjoy the beauty of the world because nothing lasts forever and everything you see disappears in seconds, right before your eyes..
